RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Only 20 Dissectors will be registered for the Hitchhiker’s Guide to Skull Base
Surgery & Hearing Implantology 2024 on a frst come frst -serve basis.
2. Only 40 Observers will be registered for the Hitchhiker’s Guide to Skull Base
Surgery & Hearing Implantology 2024 on a frst come frst -serve basis.
3. Payment will be made upfront for the entire course.
4. All Dissectors will have to sign an undertaking of paying for any loss, damage
of the equipment handed over to them during the Dissection.
5. Certifcate of participation will be given from WSBF.
6. There will be no refund of the course fees if the Dissector/Observer fails to
attend the Course.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days (unless specifed otherwise). If 30 days have gone by since your registration, unfortunately we can’t ofer you a refund or exchange The cancellation of registration and request for refund should be notifed to WSBF Secretariat in writing through e-mail at secretariat@wsb-foundation.org
1. 75% of the registration fees (in-lieu of bank charges and GST) will be refunded.
2. All refunds will be made after the event for which registered, is completed.
3. All refunds shall be completed via means of direct bank transfer to the registrant’s
bank account.
